Bronze
Bronze is a alloy which usually consists of 90% copper and 10% tin. Sometimes a little is also added lead, as it makes the molten mass flow better during casting. Other copper alloys are pot and bell-ore, gunmetal and brass.
Bronze alloys are particularly suitable for fittings in the district heating industry.
The special lead bronze is suitable for X-ray equipment because the lead content blocks rays.
